Resolve from INSIDE a message

Feature requests

We would love to be able to resolve a conversation from inside the specific message instead of out at the inbox. We are often on the go and if we could just resolve it where we are instead of having to go back, find the message and then resolve that would help a lot!

    Hi there - this functionality is already in place by selecting the icon with the arrow at the top of the conversation thread!

    We access messages primarily on the app on our phone!

    We have been using the resolve feature to stay on top of messages and it has really helped! We still find one breakdown that means someone has to go back in and reread messages unnecessarily because the person who read it didn’t go back out to the inbox to resolve it. They just opened it with one click when the banner popped up, then moved along without going back out to the inbox. This would be a big help!
