Resolve Messages or add different category

Messages that are from problems or issue guests, guests that you had the review removed. When you click resolve, the message doesn't go away, however I won't be replying to the review because it was removed. Also, I noticed that in the awaiting reply, guests that you don't reply do not go away when clicking resolve. I like keeping folders empty and organized and I can't if the same emails are still in it won't go away after dealing with them. Thanks!
