Retain Metrics Access for Previously Owned Properties After Muting or Selling

Problem Statement:

• When a property is muted or sold, access to historical Metrics is immediately revoked
• This happens even for properties the user owned and paid for over a period of time
• Users cannot view Metrics for time periods when they were actively paying for a Hospitable subscription

Current Workaround:

• Users must manually export Metrics before muting or selling a property
• Exported Metrics are in a different format, making them harder to work with
• If users forget to export, they lose access to their historical data

Impact:

• Loss of access to historical performance data for properties the user paid to manage
• Inconvenience of having to remember to export data before making property changes
• Inability to easily compare historical performance across the time they owned the property

Proposed Solution:

• Allow users to retain access to Metrics for properties they previously owned, at least for the time periods when they had an active subscription
• This could be implemented as a "past properties" section in the dashboard or a way to re-enable Metrics access for muted properties

Unlock:

• Users would be able to review historical performance data for properties they previously owned and paid for
• No need to manually export data before muting or selling properties
• Better visibility into past performance for reference and analysis
