Retaining guest contact info in the system AFTER guest cancels

THE WHY: Sometimes guests cancel and then want to rebook and we don’t have their number and they don’t have ours after a cancelation because the current system ONLY retains the contact info while it is an active booking. This means the host has to push the guest back into Airbnb or Vrbo vs being able to move them to a direct book. Not having the contact information saved has cost me several thousand dollars in unnecessary Airbnb fees when I could have had the guest book direct. Guesty keeps the contact information for CANCELED bookings. Without this feature, we will likely be moving our six listings to Guesty soon. This is a very easy fix in the Hosptiable system
