- Task checklists are currently tied to individual Task Rules and cannot be reused across multiple rules
- Checklist items only support plain text — no clickable links or embedded images
- Each time a similar checklist is needed, it must be recreated from scratch

- Allow users to create checklist templates independently of Task Rules
- Enable assigning one or more reusable checklists to any Task Rule
- Add support for clickable links and images within checklist items (for all task types, not just Marketplace Cleaning)
