Rolling Check-In Restriction Window
The ability to restrict check-ins on a rolling basis (e.g., only enabling them X days into the future), while still allowing the calendar to remain open for long-term bookings.
Use Case: For properties with strict association limits (e.g., minimum 90-day stays and a limited number of new leases per year), hosts must keep their calendars open far in advance to attract long-term guests. However, this creates a risk where a guest might book a stay starting 60 days out, leaving the unit vacant in the immediate near-term. A configurable rolling window (e.g., 21 days) would allow hosts to prevent these gaps by only enabling check-ins as the date approaches.

Yep, that’s it.
The goal is to avoid a scenario where a stay gets booked, say, 4 months out, and ends up blocking me from taking a different reservation that could start within the next 21 days — because accepting it would push me over the 2 x annual rental limit, or because I simply could no longer accept a longer term stay because my calendar is blocked 4 months out.
I currently have to keep the unit perpetually disabled in Hospitable because of the amount of manual intervention needed to set availability correctly. As a result, I manage it exclusively through Furnished Finder and Zillow, which is far less desirable.

So a rolling rule that blocks check-in on all dates more than X days in the future. That's an interesting one; something Hospitable would have to build ourselves. I get it for mid/long-term rentals.
