The ability to restrict check-ins on a rolling basis (e.g., only enabling them X days into the future), while still allowing the calendar to remain open for long-term bookings.

Use Case: For properties with strict association limits (e.g., minimum 90-day stays and a limited number of new leases per year), hosts must keep their calendars open far in advance to attract long-term guests. However, this creates a risk where a guest might book a stay starting 60 days out, leaving the unit vacant in the immediate near-term. A configurable rolling window (e.g., 21 days) would allow hosts to prevent these gaps by only enabling check-ins as the date approaches.
