Route Device Battery Alerts to Teammates via Notification Rules

  • There's no way to route this alert to specific teammates (e.g., housekeeping staff) who could handle battery changes
  • This creates a bottleneck where only the owner can see and act on low battery warnings

Current Workaround:

  • The account owner must monitor device battery levels personally
  • If the owner isn't available, low battery devices may go unnoticed until they fail completely

Impact:

  • Risk of devices going offline without timely battery replacement
  • Increased operational burden on the account owner

Proposed Solution:

  • Allow Notification Rules to include device battery health as a trigger condition
  • Enable routing of battery alerts to specific teammates (not just the account owner)
  • Teammates could receive these alerts via SMS or email

  • Reduced dependency on the account owner for device maintenance
