Rule Set Exclusions

For some properties, I may wish to send a review at day 3 after a stay. For another group of properties, I may wish to do it day 7. I would like to have rule set exclusions to accomplish this rather than having to specifically select the individual property for each.

Said differently, I would like one rule to pervade for all properties UNLESS those properties are added to another rule. In that way, every time we add a new listing, it will automatically receive a review based on the first rule UNLESS we specifically add that property to the exception rule set.

Right now, we have 2 rule sets for when reviews are released. By default its day 4. For 10-15 properties, we delay it til day 10. Because of the sub-set we now need to remember to go in and add the property to the default list.
