Pricing and availability rule sets in Hospitable

Dont spend time on this, focus on the core functions/product. You cant do as good of a job as pricelabs since its not your focus. We don’t need more bells & whistles we need what we have to be more robust - Daily ops management: cleaner + main t management, complete owner management.

Having to use 3rd party apps to manage cleaners or send statements is not ideal. This is partly why you would have a PM system and the only things hospitable is missing.

Since you can choose a primary listing and Airbnb offers this feature it could make sense that hospitable focus efforts in other areas and recommend hosts manage this on the platforms they're most comfortable with…

Previous town halls have stated discounts in rule sets would apply to your direct booking site. The May 14th town hall said it would be Airbnb only. This is a MAJOR contributing factor to my decreased direct bookings. The direct booking should NEVER be higher than any platform but if I apply a 4 night 20% off discount to a few specific dates via a rule set they will be more expensive in my direct booking site than Airbnb. This will drive bookings to the OTA.

Hi - Was this feature released to beta testers?
I had turned on beta feature on my settings page, but still couldn’t find Pricing Rule Sets.
Our October is filling up very quickly, but September is completely empty. I like to mark down September and mark up October.

Hey @António Martins ! We’ve heard this feedback from a few others, but it’s really market-dependent. We’re in the process of releasing Rule Sets for those with experimental beta features enabled (if you want to try it first, enable experimental features here:

https://my.hospitable.com/settings/general). Rulesets allow you to apply specific pricing/availability rules to certain dates. So you could, for example, have a 20% increase rule-set applied during your high-season.

As we expand our audience you’ll be one of the first to be able to access it if you enable experimental beta features.

Hi Jan, this is possible with the new rule-sets feature that is in the process of being rolled out to all hosts. Right now it’s still available to a small audience of beta testers as we add a few improvements.

When you have access to the feature, you’ll be able to select a day or set of days and apply a custom percent markup/down on the base price or set a different min/max price that applies only to the dates under the rule.

AI chatbot told me it’s being released to selected # of users. Can it be opened up to us? :)

The Request:
Import Airbnb Rule Sets to Hospitable as Read-Only

Hospitable's new rule sets feature is missing a key capability: the ability to import existing Airbnb rule sets as read-only copies that automatically sync to direct bookings.

The Problem: My co-host manages pricing and rule sets directly in Airbnb and doesn't use Hospitable. Since Hospitable now requires managing rule sets within their platform (if I want to take advantage of this new functionality), I can't benefit from my co-host's daily Airbnb updates and optimizations on my direct booking site (which is through Hospitable).

What I Need:

• Import my existing Airbnb rule sets into Hospitable as read-only copies

• Automatic daily sync of any changes made in Airbnb (similar to how pricing syncs)

• Rule sets automatically applied to direct bookings without manual management in Hospitable

Why This Matters: This would allow hosts who have external pricing strategists or co-hosts to leverage their Airbnb rule sets on direct bookings while maintaining their existing workflow, rather than forcing everything to be managed within Hospitable.

Benefits:
This would allow me to be less dependent on hoping a guest requests a coupon when wanting to book on my Direct Booking website.
