Same Day Turnover & Backup Cleaners: Tasks

There is currently nothing that marks a clean as a same day turnover. This is especially challenging when I have a lead cleaner who is delegating tasks based on skill level. She needs to know which cleans have a deadline. Other software uses a unique symbol or emoji to denote that it is a same day turnover. Can we add this?

Secondly, we need to automatically send a denied cleaning to a backup cleaner(s). This is only allowed as long as we are using cleanster - is this intended to market for cleanster? This is a really simple add that exists in other software as well.
