Scheduled End Dates and Amount Changes for Recurring Transactions

Problem: Currently, recurring transactions cannot be scheduled to end on a specific date or have their amount automatically updated after a certain period.

Workaround: Users must either manually edit each transaction as they generate or set external calendar reminders to manually delete/update the recurring transaction.

Impact: This creates a high risk of forgetting to update bills (leading to accounting errors) and increases manual administrative overhead.

Proposed Solution: Add the ability to set an optional 'End Date' for recurring transactions and the ability to schedule a future date for the transaction amount to change.

Unlock: Users will be able to automate the entire lifecycle of a recurring expense, ensuring financial accuracy without manual intervention.
