Seasonal Gap Nights Based on Stay Dates

Many vacation rental properties have different operational needs throughout the year. I'd love the ability to set gap nights seasonally based on the reservation's stay dates, not when the booking is made.

For example, during peak summer months (June, July, and August), my cleaning team can comfortably handle same-day turnovers, so no gap nights are needed. During the rest of the year, staffing is more limited, and I need a 1-day gap after each reservation to ensure adequate time for cleaning and preparation.

A flexible rule that allows hosts to define gap-night requirements by season or date range would better reflect real-world operations, improve calendar management, and reduce the need for manual adjustments throughout the year. This would be especially valuable for hosts whose staffing, occupancy, and turnover capabilities vary seasonally.
