Secondary user access to enabling dynamic pricing

For those of us with multiple owners under one website/one account, having to have the primary user start the dynamic pricing is cumbersome. If you must have this for some reason, at least make it so the primary user can enable permission without actually changing the prices. Let the secondary user start with a fresh slate.
