Security Deposit Hospitable 2% Fee

The problem I’m having with the security deposit is the “Hospitable Fee.” (2% I believe). It isn’t taken from the individual bank accounts. I’m told it can only be charged to one place regardless of which property had the booking requiring a security deposit. I have to dig into this later to determine which property caused the fee, then transfer money from the applicable bank account to my personal one to ensure the expense is accounted for properly. This is incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.
