Security Deposit request for 1 night stays

Would love the ability to set a security deposit for guests wanting to stay for 1 night on a day of my choosing.

We don’t usually collect security deposits for our listings. However, we’ve had recent guests who made us wish we had a security deposit. It mainly happens over the weekend, so being able to select what day/date I want a security deposit request to show up on my listing would be immensely helpful.

In fact, we had a potential guest reach out to us stating that they wanted to rent our place for their 21st. Bday. All those staying were going to be 21. They expressed that they wanted to use the home to get ready, go out for the night, and sleep. It was a one-night request. I told them that a security deposit would be necessary; however, currently, the only option is to set the security deposit, and it would be mandated across all potential guests and not just on the date this particular guest wants to stay at our property.
