Select the scope of platforms for Operations rules (tasks, notifications)
Some users would like to have the ability to narrow down the scope of platforms that a task rule or notification rule will be triggered for. An example use case would be when they want to setup a payment collection reminder for direct bookings.

Agreed. Our processes can vary significantly depending on the platform on which the booking was made. Being able to only create tasks for bookings from a given platform, or specify different checklists depending on the platform would make this feature much more useful.

Per platform notification rule settings
Some hosts would like to get notified for new bookings but for a specific channel only (e.g, Direct)

Give task notifications broader scope
Request: Make TASK notifications operate like CHECK-IN, CHECKOUT, etc tasks, allowing me to select any team member in the scope.
Background: I currently make heavy use of task notification rules to notify my cleaning team, owners, etc. for New Reservation, Canceled Reservation, etc. I assign teammates to teams and properties. When I do this for Reservation Rules, I get a full list of ROLES that should be notified. I generally want to notify EVERYONE including Manager so everyone is in sync. This works as designed – cleaners, maintenance and management all get an SMS when we get a new/changed/canceled booking.
However, for new TASKS, (“Task Assigned”), there is no TEAM option. So in this case, the Maintenance team member should get an SMS< but there’s no way to let Management gets notified as we do for reservation tasks:

This will be used, for example, to trigger a “charge credit card” task only for Booking.com reservations, for hosts who charge via Booking’s virtual cards.
