Problem statement
- When Guest Verification is requested, ALL scheduled messages are paused until the guest completes verification
- Hosts want to continue sending normal scheduled messages while only holding check-in and access code messages
Current workaround
- Hosts must either skip Guest Verification entirely (losing the verification benefit) or accept that all scheduled messages will be paused during verification
Impact
- Hosts lose the ability to communicate important information (confirmations, guides, updates) during the verification period
- Guests may feel uninformed or unsupported while waiting for verification
- Hosts are forced to choose between verification security and guest communication
Proposed solution
- Add a setting to control which scheduled messages are paused during Guest Verification
- Allow hosts to specify that only check-in/access code messages should be held, while all other scheduled messages continue to send normally

- Guests receive timely information even while verification is pending
