Self-serve Marketplace cleaning payments report (monthly by property + filters + export)

Host feedback:
Host would like an easier way to track and reconcile cleaner payments made through Hospitable Marketplace, especially for monthly accounting and owner reporting purposes.

Current challenge:
Right now, Marketplace payments are difficult to review in bulk because there’s no simple way to:

  • filter by property

  • view totals per month

  • separate paid/unpaid payments

  • export records for accounting

This results in hosts manually compiling data outside Hospitable.

Suggested improvements:
A reporting view for Marketplace cleaning payments with:

  • Property filters (single or multi-select)

  • Month/date range filters

  • Payment status filters (Paid, Pending, Failed, etc.)

  • Monthly totals grouped by property

  • Transaction-level payment history

  • CSV export for filtered results

Example use case:
Host wants to quickly pull:
“Total cleaner payments for Property A and Property B during March 2026”

or export:
“All paid cleaner payouts for this quarter”

Additional notes:

  • Export should respect active filters

  • Reporting should only display properties user has access to

  • Consistent payment date logic would help (created date vs payout date)

This would significantly improve bookkeeping workflows and reduce manual reconciliation work for hosts managing multiple properties/cleaners.
