Send Airbnb Payment Requests Directly Through Hospitable

Problem Statement:

• Currently, hosts must log into Airbnb to send payment requests (extra charges, deposits, etc.) for Airbnb reservations
• This requires switching between Hospitable and Airbnb, creating friction in the workflow
• There's no way to manage Airbnb payment requests within Hospitable's interface

Current Workaround:

• Logging into Airbnb separately to send payment requests through the Airbnb app or Resolution Center
• Managing reservations across two platforms instead of one

Impact:

• Additional time spent switching between platforms
• Inefficient workflow when managing multiple reservations
• Increased risk of forgetting to send payment requests

Proposed Solution:

• Add a "Send Payment Request" feature within Hospitable's inbox/reservation view for Airbnb bookings
• Allow hosts to create and send payment requests without leaving Hospitable

• Streamlined workflow with no need to switch platforms
