Create a way where I can create,edit and send pre-canned messages/responses right from the Inbox with variables. For example:

Hi <name>! I wanted to check in with you before your stay to see if you'd like the pool heated during your visit. The cost is $<cost> per day, and we can heat it up to 90 degrees. Without the heater, the pool temperature has been around <current-temp> degrees.
