Send different welcome messages during specific periods of the year

I have a lake house so boating is only available during certain times of the year, so I would like to be able to send specific messages from May to October to remind guests of the boating laws and rules of our lake instead of including it with every message throughout the year. We also don’t allow fireworks so it would be great if I could set up a message rule that if a guest is staying during the 4th of July or other holidays to remind them of that.
