Send message to guest checking in when a teammate marks a cleaning task as complete

The ability to send a ‘property is available’ message to a guest automatically when a clean is done through the teammate portal. The primary use case is for same day turnovers where we want to have a guest checking in that afternoon to be notified automatically when the cleaner has completed their cleaning task.
