Send Now should override Autohost gating

If a message template is gated by Autohost verification, clicking edit on the scheduled message and then clicking "Send Now" should override this gate condition and actually send the message now.

Or at the very least, add an additional option that allows sending it immediately with the override.

Currently, clicking "Send Now" on a message that is gated by Autohost and the verification portal is not completed yet (or hasn't synced to Hospitable for some reason) results in nothing. The message is simply ignored and rescheduled for later. We have to copy the message, paste it into the normal inbox message box, and manually send it that way. Then we have to go back and delete the scheduled message so it doesn't send a second time once the Autohost status finally syncs to Hospitable.
