Separate Check-in and Check-out Time Change Notifications

Currently, the 'Check-in / checkout time change' notification is a single event. The user would like these to be split into two separate events so they can notify their team specifically when a checkout time changes (e.g., due to a late checkout purchase) without also triggering a notification for check-in time changes.
