In addition to setting the default account for who the messages come from, it would also be helpful to be able to designate a cohost listing as the Lead listing.

Yes, this is pretty frustrating to deal with when there are several different senders. It should at least default to the primary account, but ideally the last sender selection for an account just saves across all conversations.
