Set a teammate to Inactive Status

If a teammate is unavailable for a period of time or takes a leave of absence, it’d be nice to be able to mark them as inactive. Hospitable could make a role called Inactive or have an alternate setting somewhere to mark them as inactive.

Being marked as inactive would hide them from the pop-up list where tasks are assigned to people by checking the box next to their name (see image below).

Right now the only option is to delete the teammate profile or have an ever-growing list of teammates in the pop-up.
