Set Check-In/Out times by Platform

It would be extremely helpful if Hospitable allowed hosts to set different check-in and check-out times by platform (Airbnb, Vrbo, Direct booking page, etc.) rather than applying a single time across all channels.

We operate with different operational rules depending on the platform, and syncing the same check-in time across all channels can create guest confusion and operational issues. For example, in our case:

• Our Direct Booking page check-in time is 2:30 PM
• Our Airbnb check-in time is 4:00 PM

This is intentional because Airbnb guests often expect later check-ins due to turnover and cleaning schedules, while direct booking guests may receive earlier access depending on our operational flexibility.

Because Hospitable currently syncs one check-in time across platforms, the check-in time can overwrite the Airbnb setting, which creates a risk of guests arriving early (e.g., 2 PM) when the home is still being cleaned.
