You should be able to use markup rates to derive different prices for Direct and your OTAs from your base price. Is this something different than that?

Not quite. My listing rates are controlled by pricelabs based on demand.
My direct bookings will be for military guests on travel orders and I need them to be a fixed rate. I also need them to exclude all fees and taxes.
