Set primary language for inbox messages

Be able to set one certain language that all incoming messages will be translated into. Right now because I'm in Thailand all messages are translated into Thai, but I'm not Thai, can't read it. So I need to be able to read messages in English. If I turn off translation then sometimes messages are in Chinese, japanese Arabic…

    Hi @Aum Laosunthronsap, have you tried checking your Airbnb auto-translation and preferred language settings? We should not be translating your messages to Thai unless that’s your preferred language.

    For Airbnb reservations, translations are done by Airbnb if you have auto-translations enabled on your Airbnb profile. For all other reservations, Hospitable handles the translation and we use the host’s preferred language from their Airbnb profile. If we find multiple languages, English is the preferred target language. If there is no Airbnb host, the message is translated to English.
