Many municipalities now require a sex offender search to be performed before accepting a reservation. Having an integration for this in the booking process would be wonderful.
Hi @thebruceshow ! Did you know that you can do an ad-hoc sex offender check for any booking? It’s currently only done on demand, but we’re looking in to the option to configure it so it is turned on for all reservations under a certain property.
To do a sex offender check, in the conversation w/ the guest click ‘Request verification’ and then when you select your checks you’ll choose “sex offender search”. The guest will receive a link to our guest portal, where they’ll upload their ID and our partner Autohost will run the sex offender search, and you’ll be notified if it’s been flagged for any reason.
