Short/Custom Codes in Knowledge Hub content

I should be able to use short codes (i.e. %upsell%) and/or custom codes (i.e. %%custom_code%%) in my Knowledge Hub content so that the responses generated by the Knowledge Hub include up-to-date content that matches my other Messaging Rules.

For example, many of my Knowledge Hub responses include a link to a YouTube channel with How To videos, and I use a custom code for this URL so I don’t have to remember all the places I put it. Or, my Host Co. store URL is another good example.
