Should be able to see message preview regardless of bookings

1. I setup a new hospitable account.

2. I have zero bookings on day 1, and 0 conversations, which is natural.

3. I go to Guest Experience > Messaging Rules > Any of the messages > Start editing something

4. I hit Preview Message button

Expected: I see a message preview of how the message looks like with some mock data (you can even say that on the display somewhere)

Actual: Since no conversations are available, I can’t even see what my message will look like in its final form with all the short codes filled in.

Having a mock display for such cases will definitely help out new hosts.
