Yes, I want a page to show all my properties and their availability even if they are only on Airbnb. Obviously if they have direct show that as well but I want to send potential guests to a page that is only my properties as we specialize in a specific area so there are multiple properties to choose from.

Hi @Alex Bykov ! This is a super interesting request. Is my assumption correct that you don’t really want a direct booking site, you want a company site that 1) advertises your management company and 2) showcases your properties despite not actually taking direct bookings?
Is there a reason you wouldn’t also want to have direct booking available?
Any other context you can share around how you’re thinking about this would be super valuable! Thanks.

I’d be happy to explain in more detail but the basics is we cohost and we cannot yet do direct bookings for most properties as we cannot hold their money.

I’d love to talk with you guys about offering to manage split payouts.

I have good news for you! This is going to happen as a part of our Owner’s Portal project. It won’t be in the first iteration, but will definitely come this year.
Imaging sending your owners a link to access their portal, where they can hook up their bank account to receive their portion of the payout. We see a world where this is managed in Hospitable and not directly in the booking platform, so that we can provide a consistent experience for your owners regardless of platform.
