Show remitted taxes on owner statements

Problem: When a channel (like Airbnb) remits lodging tax directly to the tax authority, that amount does not show up on the owner statement. Owners want to see it — right now it's invisible to them even though it's a real tax collected on their reservation.

Request: Add a "Remitted Taxes" breakdown on owner statements, alongside the existing pass-through tax column. Toggleable in Customize, same as other tax columns.

Why it matters: Owners have explicitly asked for this level of detail (e.g. Brandon Meyer, Rank One Stays — Intercom conv 215474991382878). Improves transparency and trust in statements.
