Agree, and to add smart locks to the Host plan from Pro - Hospitable would hook in new STR owners that are trying to use Hospitable for a calendaring but would be more acceptable of moving to a paid membership so that you can use smart locks/thermostats as well and potentially even add in other third-party apps to ones listing. I say this as most owners now use smart locks and I would switch to Host today if this was an option!
