Smarty - Display chat topic instead of "Rate your Conversation"

I use Smarty quite frequently especially for instructions on how to set things up. However, it always displays “Rate your conversation” as a chat title since it sends the message after a short while asking for feedback. As a result if I want to revisit the instructions/chat I have to go through a bunch of chat threads to find the thread I am looking for. Better would be what Chatgpt is doing, giving a title to your chats and make them searchable.
