Smarty Provide Birdie "Record Screen" Button Immediately Upon Request

The Birdie "Record Screen" button should appear immediately upon request. Currently, when "Record screen" is requested, Smarty first displays instructions for recording one’s screen on Windows or Mac. Having the button pop up instantly would be a more efficient use of time. In this example, it took 4 interactions (including Smarty saying that recording the screen does not exist!) before I received the “Record screen” button.
