Problem Statement:
- Currently, when cleaners mark cleaning tasks as complete in the Tasks App, hosts only receive an email notification (the "Cleaning task completed — review to release payment" email)
- There is no option to receive SMS notifications for this specific event
- Hosts who prefer SMS alerts for task completions have no way to set this up
Current Workaround:
- Hosts must manually check the task status in Hospitable to see if it's been marked complete
- Hosts rely solely on email notifications for task completion alerts
Impact:
- Hosts may miss timely updates if they don't check email regularly

Proposed Solution:
- Add SMS as a delivery option for task completion notifications
- Allow hosts to choose between email, SMS, or both when setting up notification rules for cleaning tasks
