SMS Task Assignment Responses (Y/N)

Problem: Currently, teammates can only accept or decline task assignments via buttons in email notifications. SMS notifications are one-way, meaning teammates cannot respond to them to update the task status.

Current Workaround: Teammates must either open their email to accept the task or manually update the task status within the Hospitable app/calendar.

Impact: This creates friction for teammates who rely on SMS for immediate notifications, as they cannot quickly acknowledge a task while on the go without switching apps or checking email.

Proposed Solution: Allow teammates to respond to task assignment SMS notifications with 'Y' (Yes) to accept or 'N' (No) to decline the task.

Unlock: Teammates can acknowledge and accept tasks instantly via text, streamlining the assignment workflow and ensuring the host has real-time visibility into task acceptance.
