Allow SMS and MMS messages sent to a business/virtual number to be forwarded directly to the Hospitable inbox. The system should automatically match the sender's phone number with existing guest profiles to attach the message to the correct thread. If no matching phone number is found, a new thread should be created, allowing the AI or a user to manually assign it to the appropriate property.
