When a guest leaves only a star rating (no written review), the thread stays in ‘Awaiting Review Reply’. The host cannot reply, so it remains stuck/confusing.
If the review is star-only (no text), Hospitable should not keep it in “Awaiting Review Reply”. It should automatically clear from that queue and be removed from the actionable list, so the host doesn’t have a permanent stuck item.
