Status field for Tasks

Hello,

I’m trying to improve the workflow with the cleaning company I work with. They are directly managing tasks themself in hospitable account, as a secondary user.

Would you be able to add another field/attribute to the tasks called status that would be able to be managed by secondary users and admin.

The status of tasks could be for example:

• To Confirm

• Confirmed

• Done

• Blocked

Additionally, as a second feature, after the status field of the task is implemented, could you add it to the cleaning emails that are being sent, so that they can one-click confirm out of email?
