Storing Guest Verification Information for Repeat Direct Guests

It would be very helpful for guest information to be stored. Repeat guests get irritated when they have to redo the guest verification process every time that they book with us. It would be nice for them to be able to rebook without completing the verification every time.

    Hi @Emma Pittman thanks for the feedback! No ETA to share yet but we’d like to allow returning, verified guests to skip ID verification by verifying themselves with a one time password, or another lightweight way. In the meantime, you can create a custom quote for your returning guest and they’ll be able to skip verification if they’re already verified.
