Stripe compliance with Direct Basic

According to stripe: all businesses must have a their own terms of service and privacy policy displayed on their website. Can we get a discrete area to post these requirements (perhaps a link to a separate page (in the footer or during checkout) to be in compliance with stripe? Stripe already considers our industry as “high risk”, so its important we follow their requirements to prevent interruptions in doing business.
