Subscription: Ability to choose and add features to the subscription plan

Give the hosts the ability to choose certain features like owner statements, etc., to be added to their subscription plan without upgrading and be charged for only the feature that they have added.

    This would be a very nice option for hosts who manage their own places but want to branch out and host for others as well where they are managing properties where few or a certain portion only need owners reports.
