When a customer makes a direct booking, proceeds to payment, but does not complete the transaction, it would be useful to be able to access the booking information in order to proactively contact the customer.
Currently, Stripe provides customer information but not booking details (dates, number of travelers, accommodation concerned).
A conversation could be created, as on Airbnb, when a customer asks questions. It would also be useful if customers could send questions in advance from the website.
A payment attempt notification would appear in the feed.
