Support automatic remittance for county lodging taxes (including Dare County, NC)
Problem: Currently, some county lodging taxes—specifically for Dare County, NC—are set as 'pass-through,' meaning the host is responsible for manually filing and remitting them to the local authority, which adds operational overhead.
Proposed Solution: Expand Hospitable's tax remittance service to support more county lodging tax jurisdictions, starting with Dare County, NC, allowing these to be automatically remitted by the platform.
Unlock: This would save hosts significant time and reduce the risk of filing errors by automating the remittance process for local lodging taxes.

Support automatic remittance for Charlotte County Florida county and tourist tax. My 3 properties in this county are on pass through which creates additional operational overhead and manual processes. I have another property in Lee County Florida which is just south of Charlotte County and Hospitable pays these and it is not on “pass through”. My Charlotte County properties are booked way more than my Lee County property. Including Charlotte County Florida jurisdiction would save many hosts/managers additional unnecessary expenses, time and hassle.
