Support Columbia County, NY Occupancy Tax Filing for Hospitable Direct

Currently, Hospitable Direct supports county occupancy tax filing for Delaware, Oneida, and Schoharie counties in New York. However, it does not yet support Columbia County. This means for properties in Columbia County, the lodging tax is collected from the guest and passed through to the owner, requiring the owner or co-host to handle the remittance manually.

Adding support for Columbia County would allow co-hosts and owners to scale their Direct Premium setups without the operational burden of manual tax filing.
