Support for Detecting Manually Created Smart Lock Codes

Enable Hospitable to detect and sync smart lock codes that are created manually within the lock provider's app. This would allow these manually created codes to be pulled into automated check-in messages using the %smartlock_code% shortcode, providing more flexibility for hosts who occasionally need to create codes outside of Hospitable.
