Support images in Event messages (instant-response rules)

Problem statement:

• Event messages (including Question rules) don't support attached images
• Hosts need visual guides to help guests troubleshoot appliances (AC, WiFi reset, hot tub, etc.)
• Guests struggle to understand text-only instructions for technical issues

Current workaround:

• Uploading images to Google Drive/Dropbox and sharing links
• Links are long, messy, and less user-friendly than embedded images

Impact:

• Extra steps for hosts to create and manage external links
• Guests may not click or understand external links
• Slower troubleshooting and potentially more guest frustration

Proposed solution:

• Allow hosts to attach one or more images to Event messages
• Images would display directly in the guest's messaging app

Unlock:

• Hosts can provide clear visual troubleshooting guides
• Guests can quickly understand and resolve issues without back-and-forth messaging
